SargaThai

SargaThai is a style of bodywork I developed by weaving together two modalities I’ve practiced for years:

Thai massage and Sarga Bodywork.

Thai massage has always been my foundation. I love its rhythm, movement, and the way it invites the whole body into stretch and mobility. What I noticed over time, though, was that while Thai work created openness, it didn’t always drop me—or my clients—into a state of deep nervous system settling or mental clarity.

Sarga Bodywork changed that.

Sarga uses extremely slow, broad, sustained pressure to work with fascia and deeper muscular layers. There is no forcing. No chasing sensation. Just steady, intentional contact that allows the body to soften and reorganize at its own pace.

Bringing these two together created something different.

In a SargaThai session, you can expect:

  • Assisted stretching without strain

  • Increased range of motion and joint ease

  • Deep, grounded pressure delivered slowly and intentionally

  • A noticeable shift in mental clarity and nervous system calm

This work is both spacious and precise. It’s dynamic without being stimulating. Many clients describe feeling clearer, quieter, and more integrated afterward and yes they feel physically looser and longer.

Alongside offering this work to my clients, I also teach SargaThai as continuing education for massage therapists around the world. That teaching role continues to refine my touch and deepen my respect for how subtle, well-paced bodywork can be.

Here, though, the focus is simple:
You receiving work that is thoughtful, unrushed, and genuinely restorative.

If you’re looking for bodywork that supports mobility and mental clarity—without pushing your body past its edges—this session is for you.
