Combining the elements of Thai Massage and yoga is an incredible experience to receive. I take great pride in making sure that I provide a wonderful experience for you.
How the session will begin:
You will help me design the perfect session for you by discussing the goals that you hope to accomplish from the session, followed by an overall analysis of your body’s movements and massage to establish problem areas you may have.
For example: You could have a good workout followed by a relaxing Thai massage, a tension/stress reducing restorative practice or anything in between those two.
I find that the combination of yoga with massage brings wonderful long term results, especially for clients experiencing pain or discomfort within the body.
